When I go to HP's website to download the drivers I am unable to. HP's website says that Apple's operating system already has the drivers. HP does not make the drivers for my printer/scanner available for re-downloading. This problem affects two of my Mac's, both after downloading the recent HP printer software update.
Yesterday I downloaded the new Maverick's software and the Officejet still will not scan documents. HP Scan will not open. What can I do?
